Disclaimer & DMCA Protection Policy
1. Technical Service Definition
IPTV Ultra operates strictly as a developer and provider of client-side media player software and portal synchronization technology. We do not host, store, stream, broadcast, transmit, or distribute any digital streams, live TV channels, movie files, or audio feeds. Our software acts exclusively as an empty shell, allowing users to play and organize their own multimedia feeds (e.g. legal playlists, local media files, or authorized third-party media sources).
2. Exclusion of Content Liability
The IPTV Ultra team, its developers, affiliates, and hosting servers do not control, monitor, or review the media feeds imported by users into the application. We are not responsible for the legality, licensing, or copyright status of any digital streams played through our client-side software. By using our services, you acknowledge and agree that you must possess the necessary intellectual property rights, licenses, or permissions for any content you access.
3. DMCA & Copyright Compliance
IPTV Ultra respects the intellectual property rights of others and is committed to complying with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). Because we do not host any media files or video streams on our servers, we cannot directly take down or delete copyright-infringing content from the internet. However, we will act promptly to disable access to any unauthorized index listings, playlist references, or portal synchronization configurations upon receiving a valid, legally compliant copyright infringement notice.
To submit a DMCA takedown notice, please provide our copyright agent with a written communication containing: proof of authority to act on behalf of the copyright owner, clear identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed, and precise locations (URLs or portal identifiers) of the links to be disabled.
Terms of Service
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, subscribing to, or using the IPTV Ultra application, portal, or website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all terms, you are prohibited from using our services.
2. Permitted Software Usage
You are granted a limited, personal, non-transferable license to use the IPTV Ultra client-side media dashboard to organize your personal, legally acquired digital media. You agree not to use the application to access, download, or stream unauthorized media feeds that violate copyright laws in your jurisdiction.
3. Absolute Legal Indemnification
You agree to fully indemnify, defend, and hold harmless IPTV Ultra, its founders, developers, employees, and server administrators from and against any and all claims, liabilities, losses, legal costs, or damages (including attorney's fees) arising out of or related to your breach of these Terms, or your unauthorized streaming of copyrighted digital content.
4. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability
The IPTV Ultra application and synchronization portal are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, lag-free, or buffer-free operation of client-side player setups, as streaming quality is heavily dependent on user hardware, local internet routers, and third-party media source performance. In no event shall IPTV Ultra be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our technology.
Privacy Policy
1. Our Strict No-Logs Commitment
We believe in absolute digital privacy. IPTV Ultra enforces a strict, zero-logs privacy policy regarding your streaming activities. We do not track, log, record, or monitor the TV channels, movies, series, or live sports streams you play within our client-side media player dashboard. Your viewing history is private and remains completely on your local device.
2. Collected Account Metadata
To manage your subscription portal and authenticate your active access, we collect minimal operational information during registration (such as your email address, billing preferences, and account credentials). This operational metadata is encrypted, stored securely, and is strictly used to maintain your access portal.
3. Zero Third-Party Sharing
We do not sell, rent, trade, or share your personal database metadata with any external marketing agencies, data brokers, or third-party corporations. We maintain a secure environment to safeguard your data from unauthorized access or breaches.
